Pramod Mudalagiri Gowda, Holistic Health Coach, YOGA Practitioner, BREATH Coach
PRAMOD is a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor with a strong foundation in therapeutic and traditional yoga. He completed his Yoga Instructor and Therapy training at SVYASA University, Bangalore—one of India’s premier institutions for yogic studies—and holds a Level 2 Yoga Instructor certification from Yoga Australia.
Now based in the Norwest region of Sydney, Pramod is a well-regarded figure in the local yoga community. His teaching spans a variety of styles including Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, Hot Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Power Yoga, each tailored to meet the needs of diverse participants.
As a yogi, Pramod’s mission is to make yoga accessible and practical for everyday life. He emphasizes a simple yet effective approach that empowers individuals to integrate the principles of yoga into their daily routines—enhancing physical health, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Tanuja HR, a Certified Yoga instructor with Yoga Australia and a passionate yogi dedicated to empowering all through the healing practice of yoga. Specializing in women’s health and wellness, Tanuja brings a nurturing energy to every session—whether she’s guiding young minds in kids’ yoga or supporting women through prenatal and postnatal journeys or mindfulness to support physical and emotional wellbeing.
As a certified prenatal instructor, she has worked closely with the Blacktown community, helping expecting mothers embrace motherhood with strength, grace, and mindfulness. Her holistic approach makes yoga accessible, supportive, and transformative for every stage of life.

Allison, a dedicated yoga practitioner, turned her passion into a career in 2024 by completing a 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program. A Sydney native with South American roots, she values cultural diversity and integrates Vedic teachings into her Hatha yoga classes. With a Master’s degree in Teaching and over ten years of experience in early childhood education, Allison's nurturing approach helps students achieve personal well-being. Her extensive teaching background allows her to connect deeply with her students. In her yoga sessions, Allison creates a welcoming atmosphere where participants can explore their practice at their own pace. Her gentle yet empowering style encourages students to listen to their bodies and respect their individual journeys, striving for balance, strength, and tranquility. Allison's commitment to her students' growth is evident in her continuous learning and dedication. Whether new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, her classes offer transformation and self-discovery, promoting inner peace and holistic wellness. Vinodh Shankar is a certified Yoga instructor aims to help with healing, strengthening and mindfulness. His own late 30s professional journey into yoga taught him a quiet truth; only something that has been broken knows how to guide another toward wholeness. Vinodh structures his classes to help heal from injuries, restore strength and rediscover the possibility.

Sudhakar Prakasam is a certified yoga trainer (YTT350) who believes his time in this body is limited. He aims to utilise this time to find purpose through his mission of inspiring individuals to lead healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives for at least 130 years. As part of his mission, Sudhakar employs the therapeutic and spiritual dimensions of yoga to help people cultivate a strong body and sound mind. His classes are carefully structured to encourage participants to challenge their physical abilities and delve deeply into their minds. Sudhakar ensures that his classes are engaging for beginners, building their confidence as they embark on their journey and motivating them to continue. His classes are equally suitable for more experienced practitioners, who are invited to further challenge their skills through the variations offered.
