Yin Yoga

Pranayama Satsang

A dedicated tailored class to the art of conscious breathing. In this session, we explore traditional pranayama techniques—such as Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari, and Kapalabhati—to balance energy, calm the mind, and deepen inner awareness. Combined with reflective discussion (satsang), this practice offers a space for collective stillness, spiritual insight, and holistic healing.

Ashtanga Yoga

A dynamic and disciplined practice that follows a set sequence of postures, linking breath with movement. Ideal for building strength, flexibility, and mental focus through progressive series.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing practice using props to support the body in restful poses. Designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote healing through stillness and gentle awareness.

Prenatal Yoga

How Live Streaming Works

  • Platform: All classes are streamed via Zoom. Please ensure the Zoom app is downloaded and ready on your device before class begins.

  • Booking: You can book anytime up until the class starts.

    • If you book more than one hour before class, the Zoom link will be emailed to you one hour prior.

    • If you book within the final hour, you’ll receive the link immediately.

  • Class Selection: When booking, make sure to choose the ‘Online’ class option in the timetable—not the ‘In Person’ class—to receive the correct Zoom link.

  • Email Confirmation: Add confirmations@ribbon-confirmations.com to your contacts to avoid missing the link. If you don’t see it, check your junk/spam folder.

  • Joining the Class:

    • Click the Zoom link in your confirmation email, or

    • Log into your account and click the class link directly—then you're all set!
